At Wattsun, safety and reliability come first. Sometimes a module needs to be returned or repaired. Below you will find all conditions and a step-by-step outline of the process, so you know exactly what to expect.
General terms and warranty
The general terms and conditions of Wattsun apply to all work.
If the issue is covered by warranty, this must be clearly stated when registering the repair.
Labor rate
- The standard workshop rate is €75 per hour.
- The repair quote consists of this rate plus the retail price of any parts that need to be replaced.
- Wattsun performs repairs only in a complete and safe manner. Partial repairs are not possible for safety reasons.
Inspection fee
- If no defect is found during inspection, or if you decide not to proceed with a repair after inspection, an inspection fee of €65 will be charged.
- Inspections take place only at the Wattsun Service Center in Arnhem.
Transport
- Module transport must always follow ADR guidelines (dangerous goods class 9, UN3480).
- Transport costs are borne by the sender or recipient.
- Transport to Wattsun is always arranged by the sender.
- Pack modules properly and shock resistant, preferably on a pallet.
- Wattsun is not liable for damage caused by insufficient packaging.
Registration and return form
- Repairs must always be registered in advance via info@wattsun.net, including the fully completed return form.
- The return form is required to identify the module and to understand the issue correctly.
- Without prior registration and communication, modules will not be processed.

Processing and timelines
- Within 5 business days after receipt, you will receive a proposal by email in the form of a quotation.
- After written approval, the repair will be carried out within 2 weeks.
