Is it possible to use a Wattsun battery in my service van?
Yes, it is! The Wattsun is an ideal power source in and around your van. This means you have access to 230 Volt current wherever you want. The Wattsun generates enough power to use or recharge your power tools, measuring devices or to plug in your coffee machine for making fresh coffee.
How long does the battery last?
We guarantee an 80% battery after 600 cycles. One cycle is using the battery from 100% to 0%. For example: if you charge the Wattsun three times a week it means that you will lose 20 percent battery capacity in five years. The power capacity does not change but the amount of time you can use the battery will deduct by that percentage.
How sustainable is the battery?
In the current day and age sustainable energy is necessary. Unfortunately, companies around the world choose an old-fashioned generator way too often. Using these old-fashioned generators causes CO2, nitrogen, soot, and particular matter emissions. Using the Wattsun at location means there is no pollution. You work emission free.
Do you charge our battery with grey current? Then you are still emitting 10 to 18 times less CO2 than a generator.
Do you charge your Wattsun with green energy? Then you are working emission free!
What is the capacity of the Wattsun?
The Wattsun’s capacity is determined by the Wattsun Dock you are using. We currently have two different types. The Wattsun Dock 1500 and the Wattsun Dock 2000. The capacity is in the name. The 1500 has fifteen-hundred-Watt power and the 2000 has two-thousand-Watt power. The Dock 1500 has a maximum spike of 2600 Watt, and the Dock 2000 has a 3500-Watt spike, a real powerhouse.
