Work with mobile three-phase power. Anywhere.

The Ventus 12K delivers 400 volt three-phase power, with no emissions and almost silently. Set the system down, connect your equipment and get straight to work. Its compact design makes the Ventus mobile, rugged and practical in everyday use.

Lees meer

The Ventus 12K delivers 12 kW of three-phase power, making it a full alternative to a 15 kVA generator. Use the same 230 and 400 volt connections you are used to, only quiet, emission-free and ready to go straight away.

As a professional, you need to be able to trust your power supply completely. That is why the Ventus 12K is built with a rugged design, high-quality components, safe LFP battery technology and an intelligent control system. So you can always count on reliable power, three-phase included, even in changing conditions.

Top up the Ventus 12K on site from solar panels and a generator, or back at the depot from the mains. The standard 20 kWh battery capacity is also easy to expand by linking several Ventus battery systems together. That way you always have exactly the amount of energy you need.

400 V output

With 12 kW of continuous power and a 24 kW peak of three-phase power, you have more than enough to run all your equipment at once.

230 V output

Three 230V outlets at your disposal to power multiple devices directly alongside your three-phase equipment.

400 V charging

Fully charge the Ventus 12K within 2 hours using three-phase power. Adjust the charging speed to suit your needs and prevent overloading your mains connection.

230 V charging

Charge the Ventus directly with solar energy. Thanks to the two integrated MPPT chargers, you can fully charge the Ventus within 3 hours. Each charger has an MPPT range of 200V to 650V, with a charging current of up to 2 x 20A.

Ergonomic handle

Designed for a comfortable grip, allowing one person to easily move and manoeuvre the Ventus 12K. Even over thresholds.

Touchscreen display

The intuitive display gives you your current energy consumption, remaining battery life, charging speed and much more, all at a glance.

Fork pockets

Transport the Ventus 12K easily and safe with a forklift truck.

20 kWh capacity

With 20 kWh of capacity, the Ventus 12K is the mobile battery system with real staying power. Run even your heaviest equipment all day without a second thought.

Rollable

Easily roll the Ventus 12K those final few metres to wherever you need power. The Wattsun Ventus comes standard with two swivel castors and two fixed castors.

Lifting eyes

With lifting eyes integrated into the frame, the Wattsun Ventus 12K is easy to hoist to wherever you need it.

External display

Connector for a second display, allowing you to monitor and control the Ventus 12K from elsewhere in the unit.

Solar input

Connect solar panels directly and charge the Ventus 12K with solar energy, even while in use.

Hybrid connector

Place the Wattsun Ventus 12K between your (existing) generator set-up and get the best of both worlds. The generator only starts when the Ventus 12K drops below 20% battery capacity. The rest of the time, the Ventus manages your power demand entirely on its own.

Frequently asked questions
01 What is the maximum capacity of Wattsun?

Wattsun Ventus 6000: 15 kWh

Wattsun Ventus 12K: 20 kWh

Wattsun Dock 3000: 1.8 kWh

Wattsun Pack 3000: 2.3 kWh

Wattsun Dock 2000(+): 1.4 kWh

Wattsun Pack 1600: 1.6 kWh

Thanks to the modular design of the Wattsun Stack, the battery capacity can easily be expanded.

Our latest generation Wattsun Dock (1.8 kWh) combined with four Wattsun Packs (2.3 kWh each) provides a maximum capacity of 11 kWh.

Our previous generation Dock 2000 (1.4 kWh) combined with four Pack 1600 units (1.6 kWh each) provides a maximum capacity of 7.8 kWh.

02 How can I move the Wattsun Ventus?

Wattsun Ventus 6000

The Ventus can be moved in two ways. Thanks to the interchangeable wheels and the handles on top of the enclosure, you can easily roll the unit from one location to another. Alternatively, the Ventus can be lifted using the lifting eye on top of the battery system.

Wattsun Ventus 12K

The Ventus can be moved in three ways. Thanks to the interchangeable wheels and the handles on top of the enclosure, you can easily roll the unit from one location to another. It can also be lifted using the designated lifting eyes on top of the battery system or transported with a forklift using the integrated fork pockets.

03 How does the insulation monitor of the Wattsun Ventus work?

In a residential home, the power grid is protected by a residual-current device (RCD). However, this only functions properly with a reliable protective earth (PE).

When using a mobile power solution such as the Ventus, it is often difficult to implement a proper protective earth.

Nonetheless, the NEN1010 standard requires ensuring the safety of people working with the AC generator. The standard mandates the creation of a floating network system (IT system) in combination with an insulation monitor.

The insulation monitor ensures that the 230Vac is automatically disconnected if the insulation resistance becomes dangerously low.
The insulation resistance refers to the resistance between the 230Vac and the touchable parts of the device, such as the metal casing.

04 Is the Wattsun Ventus suitable as a home battery?

The Ventus is not designed to function as a home battery. It cannot connect to a fuse box and therefore does not integrate with fixed household installations.

Where the Ventus truly performs is in mobile and semi permanent use. On site projects, temporary power setups and situations where you need reliable energy without installation work. That is where the Ventus fits perfectly. Not as part of the fuse box system, but as a practical, flexible power solution for professionals who need to stay adaptable.

05 Can I charge the Ventus 12K from a standard 230 V outlet while using 400 V three phase power?

Yes. The Wattsun Ventus 12K can be charged from a standard 230 V mains outlet while providing a 400 V three phase output for your equipment.
This means you don't need access to a permanent three phase connection to power 400 V tools and machinery. See the technical specifications for the corresponding charging times.

06 Can I change the charging speed of the Ventus

Wattsun Ventus 6000

Yes. Using the touchscreen, you can easily adjust the charging current from the mains. Choose between 5 A, 8 A, 12 A or 16 A.

Wattsun Ventus 12K

Yes. Using the touchscreen, you can easily adjust the maximum charging power in 500 W increments. This allows you to match the charging speed to the available mains supply, ensuring the Wattsun Ventus 12K never draws more power than the connected electrical installation can provide.

07 Can I charge the Ventus with mains and solar at the same time?

Wattsun Ventus 6000

Yes, absolutely. Thanks to the various charging inputs on the front of the Ventus, you can charge the battery system simultaneously using solar power and mains power. Achieve a combined charging power of up to 7200 W.

Wattsun Ventus 12K

The Wattsun Ventus 12K features multiple charging inputs on the front of the unit. Easily charge the battery system using solar power, mains power, or in hybrid mode in combination with a generator.
