A solution for situations where the grid fails
The Netherlands is facing new challenges in the field of energy security. Grid congestion, technical failures, and cyber threats are increasing the need to be prepared for situations in which power supplies temporarily fail.
Within this challenge, we are developing a mobile three phase battery system that enables emergency services to remain operational, fully independent from the grid. This development aligns with the growing focus on 72 hour self reliance within safety regions and municipalities. In our previous blog on this topic, we explain why those first 72 hours are crucial during prolonged power outages and the role mobile energy plays in that scenario.

Developing together with Veiligheidsregio Gelderland
To ensure the solution aligns with real world operational needs, we are developing the system together with Veiligheidsregio Gelderland. By working directly with the organizations active during emergency situations, we can better respond to operational requirements and realistic field conditions. The goal is to create a solution that is not only technically strong, but above all practical in the field. The system must be easy to deploy and provide support in locations where reliable power supply remains essential.
