Solar-powered sawing
Thanks to this combination, two saws can operate completely self-sufficiently on solar energy. The solar panels on the roof charge the Wattsun Stack, which then provides the power needed for the work. This allows Nijhuis Bouw to work sustainably, 100% emission-free, and without a running generator in the neighborhood.
Birds singing instead of generators humming
The difference is noticeable immediately. The only sound comes from the saws while they are in use. As soon as they are switched off, the noise of a humming generator is replaced by birds singing. A major advantage for a project like this in Zutphen, where work is being carried out on more than 230 occupied homes and maintaining a pleasant living environment for residents is a key priority.
